In a groundbreaking moment for motocross history, Monster Energy Triumph Racing’s Mikkel Haarup has catapulted the iconic brand Triumph onto the MX2 World Championship podium with a stunning third overall at the MXGP of Patagonia-Argentina. This monumental achievement at the season opener heralds Triumph’s determined foray into the world of motocross, showcasing their prowess and the exceptional talent of Haarup.

Mikkel Haarup’s journey through the races was nothing short of spectacular. Starting with a commendable fifth in the first moto, he turned the tables in race two with a breathtaking performance that saw him clinch a close second, securing his and Triumph’s inaugural podium in the MX2 category. Camden McLellan, another promising talent for Monster Energy Triumph Racing, showed consistent improvement, securing ninth overall, highlighted by a sixth-place finish in race two.

The Triumph TF 250-X made an exceptional debut, with Haarup leveraging its capabilities to stay at the forefront of the competition. From achieving a holeshot in moto two to engaging in a fierce battle for the lead, the bike’s performance was a clear indication of Triumph’s serious commitment to motocross.
