This victory was particularly significant as it marked the first-ever win for GASGAS at the world’s toughest rally raid. Sunderland didn’t stop there; he continued to showcase his skill and determination, ultimately securing his second world championship title in the same year.
Over the years, Sunderland has accumulated an impressive list of accolades, including two world championships and two Dakar Rally victories.
